
The Certificate IV in Patisserie gives you the skills and knowledge to work as a qualified chef specialising in patisserie. This is a non-apprenticeship course.
You get specialist training in chocolate, desserts, gateaux, torten, cakes, pastries and petit fours, and buffet show pieces. You also get an understanding of food safety and special dietary requirements.
